I love Tasmania.

I love the peace, the green (or even better: the greens, as there is not a single shade of green but hundreds of them), I love the rough beauty of every coroner.

This year I’ve been really lucky to get to go there twice!

I already published few photos of my previous trip on this blog, here. And here below are few pics taken during the second trip.

Highlights of this long weekend away were:

  • We spent one day getting completely soaked in the rain at Mt Field National Park. Totally worth every single rain drop.
  • We climbed (and conquered) Mt Amos at Freycinet Nationa Park.
  • We explored Port Arthur (and the local and beautiful Lavender Farm) with my most incredible and welcoming friend Liz who lives in Hobart.
  • I got to show my Father another little piece of this planet to add to his little collection (collection that is not so little anymore since he retired..and since his daughter got ‘old’ enough to take him around!).

I think it’s just incredible how just few days spent in such a beautiful place can recharge you and restore you so much!
